Who can make a referral?
Anyone! You don’t have to be a current employee to refer someone. If you know a talented professional who would be a great fit for our team — whether it’s a friend, former colleague, or someone in your network — we want to hear from you.
How can I refer a candidate to Akvelon?
You can recommend a candidate by sharing their contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, or any other relevant information with the recruitment team.
How do referrals work?
A referral is considered eligible if the candidate has not been in contact with our recruitment team or involved in our hiring process within the last 90 days.
What if a recruiter already contacted this candidate before?
If a recruiter was already in touch with the candidate within the last 90 days, the candidate cannot be counted as a new referral.
How long does referral ownership last?
Referral ownership is valid for 90 days. This means that if you refer a candidate and we do not hire them immediately, but hire them within the next 90 days, the referral still belongs to you.
Example: If you refer a candidate today and we hire them two months later, the candidate is still considered your referral, and you are eligible for the referral bonus.
When is the referral bonus paid?
The referral bonus is paid within 30 days after the hired candidate successfully completes their trial period.
Can I receive a bonus if the candidate was already in the process?
No. If the candidate was already in our recruitment process within the last 90 days, the referral will not be counted, even if you recommend them again later.
